Wedding Tuxedo Consultation: The Consultation Appointment is available to make the initial booking of your wedding rentals more relaxed and personalized. For this thirty-minute appointment you will pay a $50 booking fee at the time of booking. (This $50 is discounted off your tuxedo rental when you book your wedding party’s rentals at your appointment.)
What’s Included:
- 30 minutes with the one-on-one assistance of a personal stylist
- Color matching with our extensive swatch collection
- Groom’s sizing can be completed at this appointment
- Your own fitting room (no waiting in line)
- Accompaniment of a maximum of 2 guests
- $50 booking fee deducted from the price of your tuxedo rental
- $25 of this $50 booking fee can instead be used towards ordering samples for try on in store (sample coat, tie, etc.)
Our team will reach out to you after purchase to schedule your appointment date and time. Appointments must be rescheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance in order to accommodate staffing.
APPOINTMENT BOOKING FEES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Note: Orders containing more than one product will be assigned a distinct processing time, depending on the specific item.
Prior to shipping before shipping, we'll conduct a thorough inspection of the items you've purchased. The majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time should be between 3 and 7 working days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not entirely managed by us since we are involved with multiple entities, including the factory and our storage. The stock can change at any moment. Please be aware it's possible your order will be unable to fill once you've placed your order.
Our policy is for 30 days. If you haven't received your product within 30 days, we're not able to issue either a return or exchange.
You are able to return an item in the event that it is not used and in the same condition when you first received it. It should also be returned in its original packaging.
